Advising clients on immigration laws and regulations

You would need to have a deep understanding of the laws and regulations surrounding immigration in the country you’re operating in, and be able to provide guidance to clients on how to navigate these laws.

Assisting with documentation

Preparing and submitting applications

Communicating with government agencies

As applications are being processed, you would need to communicate with government agencies on behalf of your clients, providing updates and additional information as needed.

Providing ongoing support

Even after applications have been submitted, there may be additional steps that need to be taken in order to gain permanent residency status. You would need to provide ongoing support to clients throughout the entire process.
